2013-2014 Membership & Enrollment

HCA is presently accepting applications for membership for the 2013-2014 academic year. (Membership is a separate process from enrollment.)

Returning family enrollment will begin at 7AM on April 29, 2013. (This is a change from prior years, where enrollment began at midnight.)

Open enrollment for new and returning families will begin at 7AM on May 13, 2013.

MANDATORY Orientation Meeting

When: Wednesday, September 4, 2013, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Who: Attendance by at least one parent from each family is MANDATORY.
Where: SAYSF Bible Church
Why: HCA has important information to communicate with all families to ensure a smooth and successful year.

Critical policies and procedures will be reviewed.
A notary will be present to witness the Indemnity Forms being signed.
Parents will sign up for their mandatory Parent Assistant activity.
Student attendance with a parent at the Orientation is highly recommended so that students may meet their teachers and visit classrooms.
Information about HCA's activities, like the Yearbook and Moms in Prayer, can be discussed with the Coordinators.
HCA T-shirts will be on sale.

Every effort is made to streamline the Orientation meeting. Most families should be able to complete all the required items in less than two hours.
