accept your application the the HCA;
enroll your children as students;
provide school directory information to other clients of the HCA;
manage the weekly operation of the school.

We will send school-related communications such as welcome letters and other regular communcations during the school year. Most HCA notices are sent to parents via email.

Personal information collected by HCA will be stored and processed in the United States. We do not intentionally transfer any information outside of the US.

HCA does not disclose or sell your personal information to any third-parties, PERIOD. All information is kept strictly private, with the exception of the information provided to other HCA parents as the school directory. The school directory is available parents and HCA administrators both online and in printed form. The website information is protected via login security and is not publicly visible on the internet.

Accessing Your Personal Information

If you would like to review or revise information that you previously provided to us, once your application has been accepted, you may find and edit that information by logging in to the parent area of the website.

Personal Information Preferences

HCA respects your right to make choices about the use and disclosure of your personal information. If at any time you decide that you do not want to receive surveys or marketing communications from us, please let us know by email.

We do not store the actual password; for your security it is only stored in an irreversable encoded form which cannot be unencoded. If you lose your password, you will be able to reset it, but we cannot tell you what it was.

We do not intend to solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. We only request such information from adults acting on behalf of their legal dependants. If you are under 18, you shall not use or enter information on this site.
